We encourage you to save your spot in line and fill out the online registration before you come in. You MUST fill out the online registration before you can be seen.
Self-pay Options
We also offer a very reasonable cash pay option. If you are a self-pay patient, you will receive only one bill at the time of service. Payment is required at time of service. We are not affiliated with any hospital system. As such, we do not charge administrative or facility fees.
Appointments
This facility is offering COVID-19 testing by appointment only. No walk-ins will be accepted for COVID-19 testing. We offer several types of COVID-19 tests. Whether you are tested and what type of test is administered, is at the discretion of the provider. We no longer provide antibody testing at this clinic.
Remember, we are open from 9AM-9PM Monday-Saturday and 12PM-6PM Sunday. The last patient must be registered 30 minutes before close.
