Do you take appointments?

Urgent Care visits are walk-in only. We do not take appointments. You are able to save a spot in line through a link on our homepage. Our sports medicine doctor sees patients by appointment Tuesday from 2:00p-6:00p and Friday from 10:00a-6:00p.

What kind of insurance do you accept?

We accept most major insurance plans including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield (except the Blue Advantage HMO plan), Tricare, and Medicare. We verify all insurance at the time of the visit. We do not accept Medicaid.

Do you treat injuries for motor vehicle accidents

We currently do not see patients for motor vehicle accidents.

When will I be billed for my visit?

Payment is expected at the time of service.

Can you verify my insurance over the phone?

Unfortunately, you must be in the building for us to verify your insurance benefits.

If you don’t accept my insurance, what are my options?

We offer a competitive cash pay price for our services. We are able to accept cash, credit cards, and checks.

How can I pay a bill that I have received?

We have online options on our website, by mail, or over the phone

What should I bring to my visit?

Photo ID and insurance card. If this is your first visit, you can fill out the paperwork online or print it and bring it in to your visit. Paperwork can also be filled out at time of visit.
